What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
24H fitness center, 2 pool & a hot tub, dog park.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes, the apartments are pet friendly, pet rent $35/month, pet deposit $300, dog park available.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
12 month leases, we offer 6-11 month with an additional fee of $400/month.
How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?
E-mail, anyone home, call, or walk in.
How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
Property website - gatewaypark-apts.com, you must make 2 times the rent, we do a credit check and background check.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Yes parking is available, we use Park M with an additional fee of $10/month per vehicle, we also have attached garages for $145/month and detached garages for $125/month.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
No utilities are included, water, trash, & sewer are paid through UB west, Xcel Energy they will have to connect services for electricity and gas.
Is the community gated or secured?
Community is gated and secured.
What schools serve the community?
Denver Public schools, Kipp.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
RTD, train and bus station 1.5 miles away, I-70 & 225 in the area.
What restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment are nearby?
